If you live near Springfield Qld 4300, you can save time and avoid shipping costs by paying for your item online and picking it up in store!
1) SHOP ONLINE
You will be required to enter your address and payment information during checkout. Any items ordered for Store Pickup are to be paid for online. You will immediately receive an email advising you we have received your order. Then…
2) WAIT for a 2nd email - We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup
Once we receive your order, our store staff will pack your order, and it will be delivered from our warehouse to the shop, this is normally same day unless item is currently out of stock then it may take a day or two, we will send a 2nd email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE 2ND EMAIL AS SOME STOCK IS HELD IN OUR SEPARATE WAREHOUSE
3) PICK UP ITEMS
Please bring in the 2nd Email confirming your order is available for collection for our staff to view (printed or on your phone is fine)
SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES
To get an estimated shipping cost. Simply add your items to your shopping cart. You are not obliged to buy at this point, but you will then be able to calculate the postage cost based on your postcode before purchasing.
Orders are sent via the Australia Post Eparcel Network. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are either weight-based or weight cubed.
Sometimes if you live in a remote area & you ordered a larger or heavier item, we still may need to adjust the freight. If you fall into this category, you may want to contact us first. (Generally this would apply to northern WA & NT areas.)
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, charges on returned goods will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the goods purchase price excluding freight and other charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
